Touch a Truck Volunteer t-shirts will be provided with a t-shirt to be worn the day of the event. Shirts must be returned at the end of the shift. What size t-shirt do you require? *

Shifts run from 9:30am to 4pm. Volunteers must be available for the entire duration of the shift they choose. Please indicate your availability by selecting AM, PM or BOTH. *

TOUCH A TRUCK 2019 - VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION AND WAIVER *

I, the undersigned volunteer, acknowledge, agree and understand that: 1. Volunteer and of my own free will, I elect to participate. 2. I understand that there are certain risks and hazards involved in participating in activities relating to volunteering my services to the Touch a Truck event. I hereby expressly assume all risks, including injury and fatality to me or other participants, including, but not limited to those hazards associated with weather conditions, equipment and other participants. 3. I do hereby intelligently and voluntarily accept and assume any and all risk of injury and damages resulting from my involvement at Touch a Truck 2019. I understand that this includes, but is not limited to, injury incurred while providing services as a volunteer. 4. I do hereby release, indemnify, and forever hold harmless and discharge Mothercraft Ottawa, RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, RioCan Holdings (Ontario Inc) RioCan Management Inc and Lincoln Fields Shopping Centre, its officers, agents, employees, assigns, contributors and/or volunteers of/and from any and all claim for damages, demands or cause of action whatsoever in any matter arising out of my association with volunteering.
